Your name, email address (provided by us)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Server Information<\/strong>&#8211; In the server information, you\u2019ve to select server type as IMAP or POP3 (you can find the difference below) (Recommended: IMAP)<ul><li><strong>Incoming Server- <\/strong>enter \u201cus2.imap.mailhostbox.com\u201d for IMAP, or \u201cus2.pop.mailhostbox.com\u201d for POP3 (also the outgoing server for POP uses 995 as port number)<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Outgoing Server- <\/strong>enter \u201cus2.smtp.mailhostbox.com\u201d for both IMAP and POP3<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Login Information- <\/strong>The username you would like to give to this email and the password (provided by us)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>After filling in the details, you\u2019ve to click on the \u201cMore Settings\u201d button<\/li><li>A dialogue box will appear, navigate to the Outgoing servers followed by ticking on the \u201cMy outgoing server requires authentication\u201d<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"566\" height=\"489\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nebulainfotech.com\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/step-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-275\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.nebulainfotech.com\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/step-4.jpg 566w, https:\/\/www.nebulainfotech.com\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/step-4-300x259.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 566px) 100vw, 566px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You have to ensure that the \u201cUse same settings as my incoming servers\u201d is enabled<\/li><li>Now, navigate to the Advanced section and provide the following settings-<ul><li><strong>Incoming Server- <\/strong>port number or server settings as 993 and encryption connection as SSL\/TLS (some older versions have SSL only kindly select that option) {995 for POP settings}<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Outgoing Server- <\/strong>port number or server settings as 587 and encryption connection as STARTTLS or TLS for older versions<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"513\" height=\"510\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nebulainfotech.com\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/step-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-276\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.nebulainfotech.com\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/step-5.jpg 513w, https:\/\/www.nebulainfotech.com\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/step-5-300x298.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.nebulainfotech.com\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/step-5-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 513px) 100vw, 513px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Now, click on the OK button followed by clicking on the \u201cTest settings\u201d button. You\u2019ll have to ensure two green ticks for checking your settings are right<\/li><li>After a successful test click&nbsp; on the Next button and you\u2019ll be prompted with \u201cYou\u2019re all set\u201d and you\u2019ll have to click on the finish button<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"692\" height=\"508\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nebulainfotech.com\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/step-6.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-277\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.nebulainfotech.com\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/step-6.jpg 692w, https:\/\/www.nebulainfotech.com\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/step-6-300x220.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 692px) 100vw, 692px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Your account is all set and you can start using your email account using your Outlook app<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note- Some of the settings can differ depending on the version of Outlook you are using, but, the settings and other options will remain the same.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Difference between POP and IMAP<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The difference between POP and IMAP is how Outlook handles your data on the server as well as your local device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>POP settings enable the data sent on your email to be downloaded on your local device and the data on the server will be deleted to keep the server space free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, this could result in the loss of data if your device is lost or broken, and therefore, it is not recommended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IMAP settings enable the data sent on your email to be downloaded on your local device and the data on the server will be kept safe. IMAP will synchronize the server data as well as local data to ensure data purity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Access Nebula Business Mail using Webmail?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apart from Outlook, you can also use webmail to access your emails. If you want to save your time and effort in setting up Outlook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can simply use the online webmail to access your email.
